Recipe Sections

There are two basic strategies for the single cook: cook BIG or cook small.

the small strategy section

We all know about cooking small: the single portion. But that doesn't mean it has to be dull or plain. It also doesn't have to take a lot time. But we need to find adaptations of those dreaded "family-sized" recipes.

The Single Cook
and proud of it.

I don't believe that the answer to my prayers is a person to cook for or, worse yet, someone to cook for me.

Please, never assume that we are cooking single because we lost out in the game of life. Never assume we are the losers.

Please don't feel sorry for us.

Many of us are just fine the way we are, thank you.

I
LIKE my privacy.
LIKE my solitude.
LIKE my self-reliance.
