We all know about cooking small: the single portion. But that doesn't mean it has to be dull or plain. It also doesn't have to take a lot time. But we need to find adaptations of those dreaded "family-sized" recipes. Another strategy is cooking large quantities and wrapping portions to pull out and use later, sometimes for a month to come. For this strategy we need large scale recipes that keep and/or freeze well.
